The Netzer Family Foundation exists to help people and organizations help themselves and future generations. Jeff Netzer created The Foundation in 2018 in loving memory of his wife Candace to give back to their community. The Foundation distributes grants to qualified 501(c)(3) charities serving the people of Texas and beyond. The Foundation does not lend or grant money to individuals and grant requests are by invitation only.
In the beginning, the Foundation provided critical seed money to support advocacy organizations focused on stomach cancer awareness and on critical cancer research- a cause with close ties to the family. Since then, its growth has allowed it to increase its distribution and to contribute more than $225,000 in grants to an expanded list of organizations focused on education, healthcare, community support and the arts.
